Every day, I see women and girls leading the charge in creating healthier, more sustainable communities. I’m so proud of our work leading climate resilience programs that are integrated with healthcare initiatives, ensuring women have the tools and resources they need to adapt to a changing environment and protect their health. It's not just policy; it's people's lives. At Pathfinder International, we're not just talking about climate resilience – through our work, we're living it. Passing the baton to Lydia Saloucou to share more about our efforts in Africa. #ClimateEmergencyDay

Facilitadora y asesora en desarrollo sostenible y transformación de conflictos con enfoque sistémico en Systways.
#TripleNexus means integrating #sustainability, #peace, and #humanitarian action. Sustainable development projects often do not advance in an environment full of #conflicts. Sometimes they may even give rise to new conflicts. Conflicts generate new humanitarian and environmental crises or exacerbate existing ones. As a result, more people are forced to migrate or seek refuge. If these challenges sound familiar, I welcome you to the club. What has been your own experience with the connection or disconnection of these three fields? 👇 o ✏ 📩 #migration #ClimateCrisis #SDG

Are you #scared, #unsure or #inspired by the potential of our planet's future? The feelings are one of a great #mixologist. The media pummels us with a lot of "bad news", and it is made to seem like "Doomsday" is on its way. After living and breathing the world of sustainability, impact and doing good for the past several years - I am left with three emotions: - Vulnerability - Inspiration - Humility Everything we do as individuals, as companies and as collaborators needs to be with leadership from the heart, blended with our minds as a strategic guide. Saying that I am scared or unsure of the future of our planet is a normal feeling, and many of my conversations with younger generations feel the same way. It comes down to values, principles and leading with a multi-generational mindset. Being vulnerable to say "I don't know, I need help" - is a highly underrated superpower. We're not the first to launch a start-up, tackle global challenges, or raise money. Today, I ask you to lean into your vulnerability, inspiration and humility. If you wonder how to participate or take action - Baotree shares a mission and vision for the world.
