We've got two women partners, myself included, and we have always enjoyed diversity of thought. We've got people on the team who have grown up in different countries in the world, and who are from different backgrounds and socioeconomic backgrounds. I think we are all curious about one another and that creates an intellectually curious culture. There's not a lot of groupthink.
