I don’t know about you, but we’ve been really unhappy with our sentiment accuracy recently…Okay it’s not the best dinner conversation starter. But let’s face it, unless you are at a table filled with social listeners, most people don’t know what we are talking about anyway!   Dinner conversation topics aside, accurate sentiment is really hard to achieve but it’s important as many businesses count it as a top KPI. So if the big bosses are using it to make business decisions, we want to be really sure that the information we are feeding them is right.   So for this particular imaginary social listening dinner party, we’ve invited along our friend Rob Key (Founder of Converseon) and once the wine is flowing we are going to convince him to spill all his secrets about sentiment accuracy, data quality and “trusted” AI.
