An interesting read from We Are Adam covering multiple careers. From an HR perspective it is interesting that the CPO / HRD market was somewhat subdued compared to previous years. I suspect this is a natural lull following the pandemic and the whole return to work issue amongst a few. Perhaps CPO/HRD's were just taking a breather!
