Particularly encouraged to read that "the number of employees who were supported by the group risk industry to stay in or return to work hit record numbers in 2023." With cancer being the top cause of claim across all group risk products, and the changing cancer care landscape meaning survival rates are rapidly improving, there is a real opportunity to deliver specialised rehabilitation to people with a cancer diagnosis to support their recovery and promote a successful return to work.
