Last year, we shared our first Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Organization Progress Report, where we outlined the accomplishments that Conservation Corps Minnesota & Iowa has made to advance our JEDI initiatives and goals that we outlined in 2021, as well as the areas where we are looking to improve next. This year we checked in again on our progress towards those goals, and outlined them in a new progress report. We look forward to making continued progress on these goals and sharing more in the future. https://lnkd.in/gpmwDBS9 #ServeOutdoors #GetThingsDone #ClimateCareers #EnvironmentalCareers #ConservationCareers #DiversifyOutdoors #JusticEquityDiversityInclusion #DEI [Image Description] "Justice Equity Diversity Inclusion" in green over a grey topographic background next to a green illustration of a plant growing.

"Autumn is a special time in Minnesota. As the weather starts to cool and the leaves turn red across the state, a lot of culture comes with it. One such instance of the vibrant fall culture in Minnesota is a town that has taken their commitment to “frights” to another level." ✍ Jake Richards, IT Specialist Individual Placement / AmeriCorps Member placed at Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Trails https://lnkd.in/gA_fF5cm [Image Description] Mural on the side of a store that says "welcome to Anoka.
