Referrals when hiring are so important. We've just grown the flock again with the addition of Tyler Philie to our SEO department. Referrals from both Darren Shaw and Greg Gifford sealed the deal for us. I just sat in on and SEO strategy review with Tyler and was super impressed. Great hire.

Last week was our first week in over a decade without Robert Williams manning the helm on our technology and operations. Rob was the second person I hired at the agency and has seen our ups and downs, successes and failures. He's driven our tech platform and is probably the world's leading hands on expert on data integration as it pertains to the legal industry. How you leave a relationship - be it personal or professional says more about you than most of the time during that relationship. It's also how you will be remembered and showcases your true character. Some people chose to burn the barn down on the way out the door and others - like Rob bust their ass during their last days, making sure that we can sail without them. Integrity on display. Rob has watched my kids grow up; I was at his wedding and he sat next to me as we watched University of Michigan crush the huskies during the 4th quarter this year in Houston. 1yVery glad to see this. Any concerns about this for business development agencies that work on helping law firms build assets they own and have their internal team follow up with manually? Is automated texting a concern here? From the video it seems the main issue is robo calls and fully outsourced lead generators... but I worry about how much it may be an issue for my law firms building their own marketing campaigns.
