Here's my 2024 LinkedIn Rewind, by Coauthor.studio: 2024: The Year Talent Redefined Leadership In a year where talent became our most critical competitive advantage, I learned that true leadership is about creating pathways, not just filling positions. At SDNA Global, we didn't just hire executives—we reimagined how organizations can unlock human potential. This journey revealed three profound insights: • Leadership development isn't a checkbox, it's a continuous transformation. Completing my "Leading Teams: Developing as a Leader" certification from University of Illinois wasn't just about a credential, but about understanding how we can truly empower teams. https://lnkd.in/gSz_kAJq • Inclusion isn't a strategy; it's our fundamental approach to building extraordinary teams. On International Women's Day, we recommitted to our core belief: "Our awesome men and women stand together, believing that our differences make us stronger." https://lnkd.in/g-FG3Et8 • Strategic recruitment means looking beyond skills to understand an organization's soul. As I shared earlier, "In the fast-paced world of hiring, it's not just about filling roles—it's about being smart and strategic." https://lnkd.in/g5iije5n Some highlights that made 2024 extraordinary: • Recognized as LinkedIn's Top Voice in Market Research and Performance Management • Led executive placements across global markets • Celebrated 16 years on LinkedIn with a community of 28,000+ incredible professionals Looking ahead to 2025, my commitment remains crystal clear: elevate leadership hiring from a transactional process to a transformative journey. We're not just matching resumes; we're architecting possibilities for human potential. Grateful to my SDNA Global team and our global network of visionary clients and candidates who continue to challenge and inspire us every single day. #LeadershipDevelopment #ExecRecruitment #TalentAcquisition #LinkedInRewind #2024wrapped -- Get your 2024 LinkedIn Rewind! ✨ Excited to speak at #INCLUSION2024 in Denver for the first time! I’ll be sharing insights on two essential topics that leaders in HR and DEI can immediately leverage to strengthen team dynamics and foster equitable talent acquisition. 🎤 First up, “Ouch! Now What? Navigating Microaggressions with Grace and Growth” on the Spotlight Stage. Microaggressions can halt conversation and leave people feeling uncertain about how to respond. This talk will demystify effective responses, providing tools for leaders and teams to approach these moments with clarity and compassion. https://lnkd.in/e8y22iNb 🧠 My second session, “Six Psychological Pitfalls That Prevent You from Selecting Top Talent,” dives into common cognitive traps that can lead to missed opportunities in hiring and hinder a truly equitable talent acquisition process. I’ll break down how leaders can recognize and overcome these biases to make better, fairer hiring decisions. https://lnkd.in/e23d7qAh Looking forward to connecting with HR professionals, leaders, and change makers committed to fostering inclusivity and excellence! Will you be there? Message me! I'd love to connect!! #TalentAcquisition #Microaggressions #DEI #Leadership #EquityInHiring #SHRM

Thank you to Emma Burleigh with Fortune for the conversation and feature on what the C-suite will look like in the next five years. Interestingly enough, many of these changes aren’t because these topics aren’t important – in fact, it’s quite the opposite! At West Monroe, diversity, equity, and inclusion remain imperative. It's an especially critical focus for ALL of leadership because we fundamentally believe that diversity is the responsibility of everyone in the C-suite. All leaders want to have the best and highest performing teams to deliver better work, and you can’t get that without all leaders embracing and owning DEI. This article digs into more on this, the evolution of transformation offices, the role AI will play in the C-suite, and more. https://lnkd.in/gVH7BFB4

NW England - a landscape of high demand but limited talent. At least in the CSuite space. The North West's business scene is hotter than ever, but landing that dream CEO is no cakewalk. Our data shows companies are fighting over top talent - long tenures (nearly 5 years on average) and low turnover (5% attrition) paint a picture of high demand. Here's the catch: the talent pool itself isn't growing much. So, businesses need to get creative with their recruitment strategies. And let's talk diversity. Only a quarter of CEOs in the North West are women. This gap means companies are missing out on a huge pool of talent. Focusing on attracting and retaining female leaders, and embracing more adaptable leadership styles, will be key to building winning C-Suite teams in the competitive North West market. #LEADERSHIPMONDAY@4 Leading Multigenerational Teams In September last year (2023), I shared an article via my leadership & mentorship platform (www.goldenmindsmedia.co.ke). In the article, I highlighted the challenges associated with leading multigenerational teams, as well as what I considered (still do) gains of working in such spaces. From diverse career expectations and priorities, working and communicating differently, and stereotyping to sharing diverse skills and experience, opportunities for learning and development, and diversity of perspectives, below I share a recap. https://lnkd.in/dke3qEMq
