I feel sick for Rory. 496-496 before this on putt 3feet or less. So many takeaways. 1. There will always be people cheering for you to fail and mock you when you do. They are the real losers. 2. Our past success doesn't guarantee future success. Celebrate the wins when they come and learn from the losses. Continue to learn and develop, don't settle. 3. How you handle and overcome failure will reveal more about your character. 4. We all get knocked down despite our prestige, wealth, etc. We need to surround ourselves with people that will support us and help us grow during these moments. 5. Personal life does bleed into our professional life, it is part of who we are. When people have stressful events happening in their personal moments, they might be putting on a brave face but their professional execution will be impacted. We need to have grace with them, help and support them. If you have a major setback, take time to breathe and rebound. Don't listen to the noise or haters in your life. Others are watching and finding strength in how you are handling things.

No greater honor as a leader than to be a part of someone's professional and personal development. “The essence of a leader is taking people where they want to go. A great leader is taking people where they don't want to go, but ought to be.” #PeopleDevelopment #ServantLeadership #BuildingLeaders
Today is bittersweet but special as well. We are losing one of our very best, Larry Slayton Jr. With confidence, we can say that Larry has remained consistent and true to Pathfinders and to our clients, and we pray that wherever life leads him, it brings him joy and abounding success. Be blessed, friend! We will miss you!!

One of the most important lessons from Charlie Chaplin's life is the power of resilience and perseverance. Despite facing extreme poverty, personal hardships, and numerous challenges throughout his life, Chaplin never gave up on his dreams. He overcame adversity and used his experiences to fuel his creativity, ultimately becoming one of the most iconic figures in cinema history. His journey teaches us that with determination and persistence, it’s possible to rise above difficulties and achieve greatness. 1. "A day without laughter is a day wasted." 2. "Life is a tragedy when seen in close-up, but a comedy in long-shot." 3. "We think too much and feel too little." 4. "To truly laugh, you must be able to take your pain, and play with it." 5. "The mirror is my best friend because when I cry, it never laughs." 6. "Nothing is permanent in this wicked world, not even our troubles." 7. "I always like walking in the rain, so no one can see me crying." 8. "Imagination means nothing without doing." 9. "You'll never find a rainbow if you're looking down." 10. "You’ll find that life is still worthwhile, if you just smile."
