Recent MiCA consultations from the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) have raised vexing questions for policy-makers and the industry both. I hope the AGC's submissions will help public authorities chart a sensible course in tackling reverse solicitation as well as drawing a sensible line between crypto assets and MiFID financial instruments. Clarity on both topics is crucial for financial services providers, issuers and sponsors - as well as for investors - both within the EU and without.
