Our health is something that we all care about. But what about our mental health? I wish for a future where mental care is as routine as a dental checkup. But you may ask, why is it so important? Imagine how big of an impact that would have on our communities. Normalizing mental health care will reduce the stigma about seeking help. That, in turn, will diminish the negative impact of psychosocial issues. But we can go even further! Imagine adding a curriculum in our schools to help our kids cope with their feelings. It would teach them not just to communicate, but to empathize and grow. This future can become our reality. Let's start this movement towards wellness and a better future for all of us! ♻️ Repost if this gave you value, it's the best way to support. ♻️ #MentalHealthAwareness #EndStigma #WellnessEducation
