14 years ago, Carlos became the first employee of Common Pantry, aside from an executive director, but has been a vital member of our community for much longer. Carlos is our Operations Specialist who ensures the pantry is well stocked and ready to go before every distribution and always prioritizes our guests and their well being. Beyond that, he is a cheeseburger lover, jokester, die-hard cubs fan (you always see him in cubbie blue) who is the heart of the Common Pantry community.
