Comcast has mislabed much of the Olympic coverage - at least in Pittsburgh. It's like someone dropped the Rubics cube and scotchtaped it back together... what a waste of time and money ... you take time to record what you really want to watch, and surprise, it's something completely different. Your customer service is atrocious. I’ve spent 3 hours trying to setup an account / appointment for internet and I continue to get routed to your miserable attempt at AI chat support and the worst automated customer service calling system I’ve ever encountered. Where can I file a complaint? Your AI chat bot is refusing to let me chat with an Agent.
How about allowing the customer to speak to a “representative,“ without consistently returning them to the automated messaging and then finally hanging up! I guess I’m not able to pay my bill if I can’t reach a human being who can explain the discrepancy to me. Oh well, there’s always Verizon.
Why dosent Comcast/Xfinity broadcast the Huskies game? Seems like corporate greed. I pay alot of money for cable and internet. The Big 10 network is part of my package, yet local black out. Complete BS! This sucks! Not happy! Give me the DAWGS! Looks like it's satellite time.

Dear Comcasts, xfinity mobile should be ashamed, I returned a cell phone over 2 months ago to ascension in TX and I have multiple calls to xfinity about 10 in the last 2 month with the tracking number in hand and xfinity had the audacity to charged me over 300 dollars in Aug 2024 for a cell phone I returned over 2 months ago. I keep talking and wasting my time with customer service that is not even in the country. I need my problem solved immediately and my money refund. I’ll be posting negative reviews to all platforms until you make it right. Xfinity is holding my cellphone hostage, I want my money back from every month you over charged me and I’m moving to a different Provider.
