Second Chance Hiring! Last week I presented a second chance hiring video I participated in with Charlotte, NC local PBS. This week's video was truly an honor to participate in. It was with SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). SHRM is a national association representing HR professionals across the USA and Canada. They reached out to me to talk about our success with second chance hiring, along with interviewing our most successful second chance hire.
