College Housing Northwest ’s Post

The cost of financing a college education has risen by 324% over the last 40 years, even when adjusted for inflation. The average cost of a four-year, post-secondary institution is estimated at $35,331 per student per year, much of which is financed by student loans whose interest and additional charges can ultimately result in costs exceeding $400,000 for a single bachelor's degree. This cost has only risen over the last 40 years and continues to rise today. CHNW is helping students achieve their dreams of a degree with supportive housing communities and below-market rents.
