Love this recap Colleen Saringer, PhD And I'm guessing the doggie pic is yours 😍
Colleen Saringer, PhD I listened to this episode. I highly recommend it.
As a coach, I love this, and it begs the question: why not teach managers about the coaching approach? Managers need so much more support than they tend to receive.
I am so happy that you both are doing this often, Colleen! I have a great talk with our friend, Christine this morning. Excited about that!!
It sounds like your podcast episode on replacing managers with coaches was quite thought-provoking and led to some valuable discussions.
It was a great episode Colleen Saringer, PhD ! So many 💥💎 dropped! Looking forward to the next episode!
What a great episode and so many aha moments 💓
Great use case to increase employee productivity Colleen Saringer, PhD - were the mangers trained in coaching upskilling?
