As a company that considers diversity a fundamental pillar of its values, Cognizant is proud to be named by Newsweek as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2025. Presented by Newsweek in conjunction with market data research firm Plant-A Insights Group, this study considered, in part, a large-scale, anonymous survey that interviewed more than 151,000 employees and collected data from more than 3.3 million company reviews. The IT industry has made significant strides in embracing diversity in the last decade. But there's still more to achieve in ensuring equity and inclusion at all levels. Kudos to Cognizant for leading the way and setting a benchmark for others to follow.
