The 3 ways hobbies help me create work life balance... Yep, I have to plan and be intentional about work life balance because otherwise it won't happen. 😵 I'll get caught up in a sea current flowing from one emergency to the next which means ❌ I end up going, going, and going without stopping to make time for rest, fun, and to decompress ❌ I'm not reconnecting back to my vision board and the goals I set for the year so that's another year down the drain ❌ And while some times things can seem urgent, their not always important so I end not even prioritizing the most important thing UNLESS I become intentional about it. I have a thing about work life balance - and I genuinely do not believe it exist I am happy to debate on this but I realised as a coach that I am always gonnna be trying to balance things so rather than work life balance, I view life as counter balance - one day im pushing, another day im pulling and then I separate things in ‘Seasons’ My seasons are pretty simple: there is a season I am pushing super fucking hard There are seasons where I take a break and I focus on optimising client delivery as best as possible - at the moment we are are in a mixture of the two, plus im moving house which means that balance is not even something I am thinking about it, it doesnt exist in my world with that being said - focus on picking the right season for you and I can guarantee youll be a success #onlinefitnessbusiness #onlinecoaching #onlinecoachingmentors #blackbusiness #blackbusinessesonline #blackcoaches #blackbusinessmentors #blackfitnesscoaches #womeninbusiness #womenbusiness #fitnessbusinessowner #leadgeneration #salestips #fitnessmarketing #healthbusiness #onlinehealthconsulting
