The best leaders don't care about who comes when. They care about results. They care about accountability. They trust their people. If they use a flexible schedule, they also extend it to their team members. They are role models whom everyone wishes to follow. They don't use double-standards by providing special privilege to self, and nothing to others. They love their life and make sure, everyone is having fun while they deliver at work.
