I'm sick of seeing HubSpot professionals be exploited when it comes to compensation. Go look up the HubSearch Salary Guide and make sure you're being treated fairly. Many in my network are looking for work so I send job listings to those people. Yet I keep discovering they are being offered salaries well below market value. I'm talking about candidates with highly relevant experience, good referrals, and solid technical skills. It would be different if the market value of the HubSpot professional was declining, but that isn't the case. Some companies are doing it right. Work with those groups.

They might fix Salesforce but then it would break things in other marketing tools such as Hubspot, Outreach and other software vendors. They don’t look at it from the whole GTM infrastructure. Average SaaS companies use a 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝟰𝟬 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀. Majority cause they simply don’t have the sales, marketing and GTM skills expertise to do it. It’s not their fault they were brought up to fix one thing and they did their job but in reality it created another problem for the company. Because 97% of time if you fix something in the sales department, it will always affect other departments.
