Hello, I'm Rob Thomas with Club and Resort Business, and this is your weekly Thursday 3. What's happening on Club Resort Business? This one's coming to you from Nemacolin and beautiful Farmington, PA. Let's get right at it #1. Michelle Pollack, bookkeeper membership director at Yellowstone Country Club in Billings, Mt, saw an opportunity to revitalize and personalize the club's approach to well-being, welcoming new members. Read about the steps she and her team took. Do you have a special idea something's going on at your club? Shoot me an e-mail or
[email protected]. #2. Scroll down to our What's New section. Our most read article this week is about Coral Mountain Golf Club, which closed in 2022. But earlier this year, the residents of Trilogy at La Quinta voted overwhelmingly to purchase the golf course, clubhouse and restaurant. Those members reverted the club back to its original name, Trilogy Golf Club at La Quinta, and have invested in a multi $1,000,000 renovation to modernize facilities to bring them back to their former glory. Our work is underway and come November. Trilogy Golf Club at La Quinta will reclaim its status as a must play daily fee golf course in California's Coachella Valley. Last but not least #3. Have you watched our latest episode of Club Resort Talks podcast? Phil, Karen and I discussed a Yacht Club reopening after being destroyed by Hurricane Ian and $82 million renovation project at a Florida Golf Club and effort to restore the oldest public golf course in Wisconsin and the F were mentioned Trilogy Golf Club at La Quinta. All this and much, much more. A club resort business.com. Take care, stay well and have a great day.
