We felt that it was a good time to take a moment for some self-reflection. To us, values are the moral compass and heartbeat of our culture, guiding our choices and actions. One of the best things to learn is how our team's culture plays a big role in affecting our work performance and engagement. I Hate my company. I Hate the way it is setting my work-standards so high with all the Team Building Activities because it’s not just the work that matters but also the Team who actually gets it done with an impact. Until a few days back, I like many of you wasn’t aware that 1st of March is celebrated as Employee oops, I mean Team Appreciation Day. And this year, our Head, Mr. Suraj surprised us with a personalized note on our desks as soon as we got back to our places after lunch. As if this was not enough, both the founders also had planned a sweet quality team time where we all had to appreciate all other team members. It’s not about how big or small the gestures are, it’s about how well they are presented when they are actually needed. We called it a day with a Team Dinner, giggling, talking, and most of all, knowing about each other a bit more.
