Yesterday at Spark it was literally wall-to-wall with Cleveland leaders learning about radical candor, being a more authentic leader, navigating social media, how to have crucial conversations, unlearning to become a more effective leader, collaborations, and two massive Cleveland projects that will radically alter downtown’s waterfront landscape.
