A massive, $1B+ athletic complex is coming to #ClarkCounty.   Z Athlete Factory, a sports company driven by artificial intelligence, is relocating its Scottsdale, Ariz. headquarters to the Las Vegas community with plans to construct the Z Athlete Village. The sprawling campus will include training facilities, housing for athletes and their families, “the world’s largest” indoor track, an aquatic center with the ability to seat 2,600 people and more. The success of small businesses is critical to the health of our regional economy here in Clark County. In July, U.S. Small Business Administration Administrator Isabella Casillas Guzman kicked off the SBA’s nationwide “Small Business Boom Tour” by recognizing several Las Vegas-based businesses finding success in the region. Asked why she chose to begin the tour in the #ClarkCounty community, Guzman noted the huge influx of new business applications in Nevada, some “incredible innovation,” and key infrastructure being rebuilt.
