Ashland, Kentucky has a new resource for entrepreneurs. This Spring, the state of Kentucky opened a new Small Business Development Center in the East Kentucky town to provide free services to businesses in a three county area. The office is intended to help grow companies from any background, including entrepreneurs, startup businesses, and established companies.
