You can't be what you can't see. It's so important to get young people, particularly those from underrepresented groups, into the buildings where decisions are made. To show them that they can contribute. To help them envision themselves as the future leaders they are capable of becoming. I had the privilege of joining Youth Leads UK's Civic Leadership Steering Group - a group of talented young people from diverse backgrounds challenging the status quo. The energy, curiosity, and fresh perspectives they brought were truly inspiring. Inclusion is not just about giving opportunities but also about creating environments where everyone feels they belong and can thrive. The Collins Companies had a great week in San Juan, Puerto Rico attending the American Supply Association (ASA) Lead 2024 Strategic Leadership Meeting. We had two ASA volunteer leaders: Paul Andruszkiewicz , Chairman of IPD, and Micaela McDonald, former Chairwoman of Women in Industry.  Both attended the ASA LEAD2024 strategic planning meeting last week in San Juan/Carolina, Puerto Rico. Volunteer leaders gathered to discuss the disruptive forces members will confront in the next five years and how our industry association can best assist members in meeting these difficulties. #ASA #strategicplanning
