Recently, I was inspired to read Sage ‘s findings on #DigitalAgility ⭐️- ‘SMBs demand for digital advisory services fuels IT channel growth’⭐️ Emphasising on personalised solutions and value-added services is revolutionising how SMBs achieve success. Data shows👩💻📈: 73% of IT resellers believe SMBs commit to investment in digital agility as a high priority. Findings: 1. Currently, there is an ongoing shift from traditional sales to strategic, advisory driven relationships. Done to enhance the digital agility of SMBs. 2. Digital agility are believed to drive business growth (29%), enhance competitiveness (24%), and increase efficiency (23%). Being digitally agile means to have the responsiveness towards market shifts, the evolving customer demands, and be competitive with technological breakthroughs. 💡 So now, Channel leaders are moving to advisory roles to use technology and data analytics for personalised solutions (58%), build stronger customer relationship (55%), and offer unique services for changing customer demands (52%). ⭐️This underscores the industry’s focus on innovation & customer-centric strategies. ⭐️ 3. AI as Critical Technologies🤖: 58% channel leaders view AI & automated services as crucial to fostering digital agility. Followed by cyber security solutions and cloud/ SaaS applications. 💡Focusing on these areas can enhance SMB efficiency, security, and scalability. Still…💭 44% channel companies face resistance from SMB customers who overlooked the value in advisory services & 36% struggle with a lack of employees with the right skills. We have become accustomed to business leaders calling their IT infrastructure “the backbone of their operations.” As the infra gets viewed this way, the role of the CIO, as the custodian of this ecosystem, has also become more strategic. More CIOs are involved in boardroom decisions today than has ever been the case. However, is this hype or is it based on reality? Where is the IT infrastructure helping enterprises?
