In honor of International Women's Day... Did you know that between 2019 and 2023, the number of women-owned businesses increased at nearly double the rate of their male counterparts? Not only are women-owned businesses growing in numbers, but they're growing faster. Check out the 2024 Wells Fargo Impact of Women-Owned Business report, which chronicles the fast growth of women-owned businesses over the past few years.

As we commence Women's History Month, let’s take a moment to reflect upon the significant contributions that women have made and to renew our dedication to supporting one another. In the words of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, "as women achieve power, the barriers will fall. As society sees what women can do, as women see what women can do, there will be more women out there doing things, and we’ll all be better off for it."   Let us, therefore, take this opportunity to acknowledge the efforts of women who have paved the way for us and to re-energize our commitment to creating a world in which women can thrive.
