MOON WRASSE The Moon Wrasse, scientifically known as Thalassoma lunare, is a captivating and vibrantly coloured marine fish that belongs to the family Labridae. This species is commonly found in the Indo-Pacific region, including the Red Sea, Indian Ocean, and Pacific Ocean, where it inhabits coral reefs and rocky coastal areas. Characterised by its striking appearance, the Moon Wrasse exhibits a kaleidoscope of colours that can vary based on age, sex, and mood. Juveniles typically display a vivid blue-green hue with a distinct black spot on the dorsal fin, resembling a celestial body, which contributes to its common name. As the Moon Wrasse matures, its colouration may transform into a more complex pattern, incorporating shades of blue, green, red, and yellow. These fish are renowned for their distinctive behaviours and territorial nature. Moon Wrasses are often observed engaging in acrobatic displays, darting in and out of coral formations and crevices. They are known to establish and defend territories, especially during the breeding season. A review of Dinosaur Warfare 1 Death Planet by N. R. LaPoint The characters are well written. The plot moves at a breakneck pace. Interesting concepts and masterful execution. This is a great read in what looks to be a wonderful series. Little bit space opera, a little bit lost world, and a whole lot of fun. Camp Cretaceous was a sleeper hit for Netflix. Although it may not be talked about as much as some of its other kids’ content, it was popular with subscribers and won several important awards during its five-season run. The show was also fairly progressive for kids’ content and included a scene in which two female characters kissed, which caused a stir in some Arab states where that type of normal human behavior isn’t always accepted. Here’s what we know about Chaos Theory: Jurassic World: Chaos Theory is executive produced and showrun by Scott Kreamer and Aaron Hammersley, both of whom worked on the first show. Other executive producers include Steven Spielberg, Colin Trevorrow, and Frank Marshall. Zesung Kang is the show’s supervising producer. A synopsis shared by Netflix reads: “Set six years after the events at Camp Cretaceous, members of “The Nublar Six” are struggling to find their footing off the islands, navigating a world now filled with dinosaurs and people who want to hurt them. Reunited in the wake of a tragedy, the group comes together only to find themselves on the run and catapulted into a global adventure to unravel a conspiracy that threatens dinosaur and humankind alike and finally learn the truth about what happened to one of their own.” The series is produced by Netflix, Amblin Entertainment, and Dreamworks, who worked with Taipei animation studio CGCG. Do you enjoy watching and seeing Guiness Book of World Record being broken? "A Canadian city's attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of people dressed as dinosaurs was disqualified due to the unexpectedly high turnout." "The event attracted more than 3,000 people in dino-dress, but officials "could not obtain an exact measurement" of participants. An accurate count could not be obtained due to officials being unprepared for such a massive turnout." Bet they will be prepared next time. What a business boom to this Canadian town. I can see 3,000 people in Star Wars gear but surprised you can get this many in Dino gear. What Guinness Book of Records have you seen broken in person or been part of breaking ? However, it's important to distinguish between the two, as they can refer to different destinations. 1. **Moqui Cave**: This is not actually a natural cave but a museum housed in a large natural sandstone alcove. It's located a few miles north of Kanab on Highway 89. Moqui Cave has been a roadside attraction for many years, featuring Native American artifacts, dinosaur tracks, and fluorescent minerals. It offers a glimpse into the region's natural history and indigenous cultures. 2. **Kanab Sand Caves (also known as the Sand Caves or Peekaboo Slot Canyon)**: These are natural formations that have become popular among hikers and photographers. The whale was spotted just 30 miles south of Nantucket, and our scientists could not believe their eyes! This sighting marks the fifth documented observation of a gray whale outside the Pacific Ocean in the last 15 years. 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 When I traveled to Antarctica earlier this year, I was astonished..repeatedly. It’s a wonderful feeling to be astonished by the beauty of nature when so often, in our day-to-day lives, astonishment is a negative emotion associated with depressing news feeds. The ease with which we express astonishment, particularly that of a positive nature, often is inversely related to our age. Toddlers express astonishment multiple times a day—whether discovering the legs on a bug, or chasing their own shadows. But as we age, we often tone down our astonishment as a sign of composure and maturity. We may want to rethink that strategy. Many believe that the secret to longevity is to remain astonished. I think there’s some truth to that. When we’re astonished, we project positive energy and enthusiasm that is contagious to those around us. Our world expands like a balloon. So how do we avoid becoming numb to astonishment? How do we remain astonished in day-to-day life as we know it? World Jellyfish Day, October 3rd Floating gracefully, this ocean creature displays a stunning dance of translucent elegance beneath the waves, an embodiment of the sea's mysteries.   Although World Jellyfish Day may sound a bit odd to some, it only makes sense to celebrate an invertebrate that has been on this earth for millions of years longer than humans. So, this event is meant to honour our slightly slimy counterparts that can sometimes cause a bit of consternation at the beach.   Some fun-facts about Jelly-fish:   A group of jellyfish is called “bloom”, a “swarm” or a “smack”. That’s such a fun way to refer to a collection of these unique and interesting creatures.   Jellyfish not only do not have bones or a heart, but they also do not actually have a brain–only a central nervous system. This, however, does not keep them from being smart and able to adapt to their environments.   Some jellyfish can glow in the dark! The ones who have this feature have bioluminescent organs that emit either green or blue light, which is activated by touch. This functions as protection as it aims to startle a predator.   One giant species of jellyfish is called Hair Jelly. The largest ever recorded was found washed up in Massachusetts, USA, in 1870. It had tentacles that were more than 120 feet long–even longer than a blue
