So much has been said yet very little has actually been done.. The “Rainwater Rainfall Drainage Fee” being encumbered by Detroit’s water customers should be outlawed and illegal.. Only God Knows how much rainfall & rainwater there is going to be and all rainfall is an act of God and should not be subjected to a fee or tax!!

Should’ve chose a common land mark for before and after photos, I understand that these are areas where solar farms will be but photos don’t show a purpose (before/after, location, etc.)
