We’re proud to support learners on their journey to be highly valued members of the heritage community 🛠️ Together with Heritage Crafts, we offer a training bursary to encourage Black and ethnically diverse groups to learn about, or further develop their skills, in a heritage craft 💪 Hannah, an emerging carpenter, was the recipient of last year’s bursary. In a speech at the Heritage Crafts Awards Winners’ Reception, she shared what winning meant to her: “I’m grateful for this bursary. It means permission to be creative and allocated time to do so. I’d like to hear from voices less heard and see more black and brown role models because I know I’ve got a lot to learn from differing perspectives.
