Your performance is relative! 📊 As we navigate performance appraisal season, let's shed some light on the classic Bell Curve distribution. 📈 This method, often used in performance evaluations, aims to distribute performance rating into a normal distribution curve, with the majority falling in the middle and smaller numbers at the extremes.
