Hello TANESCO my name is Winnie Lukambinga and I have 7 years of experience in Customer Service. Kindly give me an opportunity to optimize your customer service experience processes. I have noticed a huge gap in your processes that is making this experience ugly. I had a token refund issue that took 3 months to resolve and it was solely based off my persistence to get a solution. At least I thought it was resolved only to face the same issue just recently When given this opportunity, I will focus on these 4 things first; 1. Create an Escalation & Resolution process. There will be a single, automated process to receive customer queries, KYC updates and resolutions. Whether this customer contacted us through a phone call, email or walk-in. This process will be adapted in all our offices across Tanzania 2. Establish one line of Communication. Make effective use of the already created designated email addresses where a customer can escalate their complaints. Or create another touch-point for escalations of a certain type. 3. Ensure Transparency and Accountability. The process will integrate all parties that are required in resolving customer queries. This way, it will be easier to hold accountable the person/ issue responsible for delaying customer resolutions. 4. Customer Service Agents training. It is very important to train your agents on the best way to handle customers and the different types of escalations. I will train them on how to handle troubleshooting problems, other types of customer queries and the right DRI to escalate the issues to. I want my process to be a network that allows customer issues to be resolved at whatever offices they visit in the region. I want to stop inconveniencing customers by having them visit our offices over issues that could have easily been resolved through a phone call or by the emergency people visiting the affected area. My process would allow any responsible agent from any of our branches country-wide to be able to assist customers.
