My first three years at Thomson Reuters flew by… and snuck up on me. I was alerted to my three-year anniversary by some very nice kudos from colleagues this morning, along with the snazzy easy-to-assemble marker that arrived in the mail this afternoon. If I asked Copilot for the most common topics in my communications over the past three years (I’m between licenses currently), I’m guessing it would say: global TA, Career Development and Learning Days, hybrid working (drink), skills-first, D&I, TR Labs and CIO, and (of course) AI. Then it would ask if I want to see more topics. Looking at the list makes me… - proud of my teammates and partners, and the things we’ve accomplished together - appreciative that I get to work on so many initiatives that contribute meaningfully to our talent now and in the future - excited about the 99% of it that’s still left to be done in this ever-changing, unpredictable world of talent and TR Thanks for the past three years, TR colleagues. Looking forward to the next three!
Congrats on 3 years! 🎉
