It's an honor to announce that Dior's #CarouselOfDreams at Saks Fifth Avenue has been recognized by the Illuminating Engineering Society Los Angeles with a #LumenWestAward! The #AwardOfMerit in the category of Control Innovation is shared by Chris Werner, Alex Stevens, Magnus Gustafsson, and Joe Schmidt. This herculean effort was a collaboration between a group of remarkable international partners. Concept and Creative Direction came from the imaginative team at Christian Dior Couture and Saks Fifth Avenue. Scenic Design and 3D development was handled by the folks at Yarō Studio, with scenic fabrication executed by the artisans at Terotecna. Project management was overseen by Sculptivate Ltd. State-side, this colossal undertaking was led by American Christmas, LLC, with Kent Fritzel at the helm, as Producer. The heavy lifting, both lliterally AND figuratively, was done by AMA Electric & Sign Company and 4Wall Entertainment. The team at Chris Werner Design created the video content and led the design of a massive, temporary control system capable of managing the data needs for this stunning project.
