Change towards sustainability – not a question of natural science or technology, but human behaviour! 🧠 The more I deal with sustainability topics, the clearer that becomes to me. That is why I want to learn more about what stops us from acting more sustainably. And how much I have learned at the MakeChangeWork masterclass! 😍 All the way from basic concepts of behavioural science to questions of culture or complexity, always connected to sustainability issues, I got equipped with a ton of frameworks and approaches that I wish to incorporate into the way I think about and handle problems. 10 days later, I still find myself locating problems within the Cynefin framework, and identifying biases behind people’s statements. I love it! Definitely looking forward to doing a lot of probe-sense-respond in the future. 😎 Once again I want to thank Laura Sommer, PhD and Susanne Volz for giving me this great opportunity to learn so much about a domain that has really caught my interest in the past and on top being able to exchange ideas with an amazing group of people that feel the same.
