The lack of educators in childcare is being felt across the whole of Australia, particularly in rural areas which is why we working so hard to find solutions to these complex issues. Children deserve the best care possible, but many centres are struggling to provide it due to a shortage of dedicated and skilled staff. What's clear is that this issue affects the entire community, making it so important for the entire community to actively engage in identifying and putting into action the necessary solutions. We must unite to support local childcare providers and the families who depend on their services.
