If you’ve ever felt berated, shamed, or judged by your coach… Stop giving them a free pass. ❌ The standard of coaching in this industry has risen and I am grateful to have an influencing hand in this. 💜 Don't get me wrong … I’m not perfect whatsoever. This approach & style me and my team have, has come through time in the trenches, trial, and lots of error. ‼️ Coaches, we must meet our clients with compassion. They’re already hard enough on themselves as it is. Clients, not all coaches are created equal. 🍊🍎 Beyond certifications & credentials, I am of the belief that COMMUNICATION SKILL & Emotional IQ are arguably the most important factors in successful coaches getting client results Most coaches get into the industry for the right reasons but they don’t always know the weight their words and actions hold. Because as much as they want to help, if your coach is more concerned about preserving their ego than your success, you should rightfully be wary. I no longer require my students to complete a 6-month or 12-month contract. I ask them to complete 1 month of coaching and if it's not the right fit they can cancel anytime. Directly from their dashboard. -they do not need to email me, -show proof they did the work, or -jump through hoops to cancel One click and they are done! It’s time for more ethical, caring, and transparent practices in the coaching industry! But J, aren’t you worried about all the cancellations?
