Here is the result of all the practice. A couple of questions I've had about my previous video, I'll answer. Each series has its on regulations on pit stops. This is why stops are slower than F1 pit stops. The rules in most sports car racing I've seen, mandate only 2 wheel guns over the line, and a maximum of 4 people to change the tyres. 2 gunners, 2 wheel loaders. GT World Challenge rules are just 2 people over the line! Green armbands on the mechanics tell the tech staff who's allocated to what. Also most series have a minimum pit stop time, that's why here, we finish the wheel change, and all stare in the windscreen. The engineers do maths all weekend to know how to cross the pit entry line, and pit exit line in the perfect amount of time. Because if you're under your minimum pit time, you get a penalty. In the windscreen is a pit timer...and we all know what number to look for when we initiate the push. Any more questions? Fire away.

📢 MCLAREN SPEEDTAIL'S FLEXIBLE CARBON FIBER AILERONS! 📢 The McLaren Speedtail's ailerons are integrated into a huge single-piece carbon-fiber clamshell that extends all the way from the rears of the doors to the tail of the car. The actual structure of the clamshell changes as you get towards the back of the car! 🤩 The two ailerons are pushed up by hydraulic actuators to a maximum of 4.7 inches, which is actually about an inch than on the Speedtail show car you see here. The ailerons can provide an air-brake effect like the spoiler on a 720S, but Gibson explained that they're mainly used to balance out the aerodynamics of the car based on speed. For that reason, they don't move separately from one another either. 🤔 One of McLaren's main goals for the Speedtail was creating a car that could slip through the air for brutal acceleration (0-186 mph in a claimed and ridiculous 12.8 seconds) and a high top speed (250 mph).
