Today, SterlingRisk celebrates a significant milestone - the 10-year anniversary of our values-based cultural initiative. We embarked on a pre-planning phase to define our company values and engaged an organizational culture consultant PeopleInk, Inc.., to assist us in the process. After months of hard work, we held a two-day all-day workshop with a cross-section of 25 employees from all levels of the company to define our five core values: Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration, Care & Respect, & Excellence. On May 2, 2014, we unveiled our SterlingRisk Values Blueprint to all our employees at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury. It was the perfect day, the sun shined brightly and spirits soared, as we all came together to celebrate and launch our new values and culture. Our decisions during this time continue to have a positive impact on the organization. We're proud to say that our SterlingRisk Values Blueprint is shared with all our employees today.
