With all due respect to the doctor, Don’t worry be happy Is not a lie… And listening to and repeatedly singing the popular song, Don’t Worry Be Happy, can actually uplift a person’s mood, as good or better, than some common anti-anxiety drugs without the risky long-term use, side effects. The best therapists are similar to the best life coaches, who help patients see, hear, feel and know that the future does in fact have brighter possibilities, if the patient is willing to let go of limiting beliefs and take daily action to work towards the desired outcomes. And within one year, very small improvements of 1% per day and a small amount of healthy anxiety (not total bliss), can create meaningful and measurable progress forward, in a person’s life or in business. Progress forward = Success Rinse and repeat = Greater Success

I see doctors and therapists who want to develop themselves to be their best doctor selves. They hit a wall when they’re self care routine doesn’t fuel their energy and endorphin levels. That’s why I have them build a foundation of disciplined daily self care immediately. Peter McCollough makes a fair point. Everyone who followed public health advice, but have now stopped ought to answer this question: Have you received the CDC recommended 9-12 shots, and if not why did you stop? This is a FAIR question. First, because most couldn't wait to line up and get their shots based on the 'science' and supported quietly or vocally the open discrimination toward those who chose not to be vaxxed based on the science. Second, if you chose to stop receiving shots after 2 or 3 or ??, then what compelled you to go against the advice of public health? Is this a silent admission that you no longer believe in the CDC narrative? Is this a silent admission that you acknowledge that those who spoke out early on, who were publicly shamed and ridiculed, were correct in their assessments? This is NOT the time to be silent. This IS the time to put accountability on the table and have a discussion. Churches, Workplaces, Friends, and Families...truth and reconciliation must occur before true healing can take place.

Systems are made of humans. When leaders are well, their teams are more impactful and less burned out. Building healthcare with the wellness of patients, their caregivers, and their clinicians as the top priority is not optional.
