In the latest season of Top Chef US one of their challenge is to create a Radler and to pair it with German Food (the Top Chef way). So if you don't know a Radler is a classic Beer and Lemonade blend in Germany. 50/50. As simple as that and it's in general lemonade (or other citrus-ade) But when you ask a Top Chef to think about a Radler blend you reach a very new level of creativity! Below is what came out of it and that just confirms an important point: When you want to innovate, consider involving people from adjacent categories! How about inviting a chef? a mixologist ? a vintner? ...! Bloodorange, Tangelo IPA Radler Apple, Ginger, Keylime Radler Chai Tea, Pomegranate, Molasses, Honey and Scottish light Radler Peach and Ginger Radler Honey, Clove, Wheat Radler Ginger, Apple, Rauchbier Radler Tart Cherry Radler Jalapeno, Limonata IPA Radler Apple, Ginger and Beet Radler Grapefruit, Mezcal and Candied Ginger Pilsner Radler
