This month we are celebrating heritage and embracing uniqueness ⭐️🇿🇦
Here are some inspiring words from our CEO, Eben Louw!
"As we move into September, the month in which we celebrate heritage, I often find myself reflecting on what makes each of us unique. What sets us apart in this complex and challenging world, where we sometimes feel as though we’re just drifting through, simply surviving?
For me, it's about recognising my talents, skills, strengths, and weaknesses. It’s about understanding my "why"—my purpose—and being confident enough to express it. This doesn’t mean I have all the answers. Far from it. In fact, when I talk about my talents, I often encounter resistance. But that’s precisely the point: we are all different, all unique, and I choose to celebrate that uniqueness—whether others appreciate it or not.
At Mango5, we want you to embrace who you are—your heritage, your contributions, your talents, and your potential for growth! Your uniqueness is vital to the growth of our teams and our company as a BPO!
As German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche once said, “He who has a why can endure any how.” Knowing your "why" is crucial to achieving the goals that excite you and building a life that you enjoy, rather than just surviving. When you understand your "why," you gain the courage to take risks, stay motivated during tough times, and move your life in a new, more rewarding direction.
In the end, our uniqueness is shaped by many things—our rich heritage and culture, our upbringing, family experiences, everyday life, preferences, talents, abilities, and core values, along with the experiences and joy we find along the way.
We love that you are unique! That’s what makes Mango5 unique, but one!
Enjoy Heritage Month by not only celebrating your heritage but also celebrating what makes you, you!" 💙💛❤️

Senior Manager, Engineering and Sales Recruitment at Cesna
3moI spent the most powerful 40s of my life with CESNA. I started my job as a member of the human resources training team and came to this point by learning about header hunting, which I really wanted, through CESNA. It was a happy 10 years.
