LG Labs to get dedicated space at CES 2024 - https://lnkd.in/g7Ugj8E5 It's almost time for CES 2024, which means there are a lot of companies pre-announcing announcements for the largest electronics show in the northern hemisphere. LG Electronics is the latest to do so, announcing that at CES 2024, they will dedicate a special exhibition space to LG Labs. Labs is LG's R&D crossed with marketing departments that are tasked with showcasing experimental yet innovative products and services (keep in mind these may never come to market). In 2024, the size of the LG Labs zone has more than doubled compared to CES 2023 and aims to present creative ideas tailored to various lifestyles, and offering diverse customer experiences.

🎶💻 Our Karajan MusicTech conference earlier in March was an absolute blast. Thanks to Volkswagen Group Culture for the long-lasting collaboration – and this lovely recap video! It has always been our goal to connect visionaries and decision-makers in music and tech, Volkswagen Group Culture is a wonderful partner and enabler for that. This edition of the conference has shown the 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗜 and the 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. In the video, Dr. Matthias Röder highlights the conference’s interdisciplinary approach: “We bring together artists, engineers, people from the business world, start-ups and investors. And the idea is: through the discourse between the different disciplines, we keep developing creative, new ideas which then become reality. [...] Companies have been founded here, projects have been launched. We have built apps in hackathons. ++ #IBC2024 Sees Growth with 1,350 Exhibitors, AI Innovations, and Focus on Diversity ++ IBC 2024 announced that 45,085 visitors from 170 countries converged on the RAI Amsterdam on 13-16 September, bringing together the global media, entertainment and technology community to connect, showcase and discover innovations, tackle pressing industry challenges, and explore new opportunities. In addition to drawing 2,000+ more visitors than last year, the show attracted over 1,350 exhibitors – up 100 from 2023 – while the amount of exhibition space reached 46,000 square meters, exceeding the previous year’s total of 44,500 square meters. Across a bustling show floor and packed theatres, IBC2024 addressed critical trends and issues driving change across the media landscape, such as combatting false information and fake news, while offering new show features, such as the AI Tech Zone, and IBC Talent Programme. "IBC continued on an upward trajectory in 2024, with tremendous turnout across the entire IBC community as people gathered in Amsterdam to explore the technological advances and market dynamics redefining our industry. In a year marked by major events such as the Olympics and national elections, there was an extremely positive buzz at IBC2024.
