The recruitment market is competitive, every other company is supporting recruitment for some or the other company. 1. HR consultancy firm 2. Job portal 3. Specific IT recruitments HR heads are everywhere to pick the right fit. In the chaos of so much data, we sometimes fall into the lump of resumes. Rather than checking the quality, we end up checking how many resumes we got. Ideally, to close a role, one quality resume is enough.
