This video speaks volumes about who we are here at US Aggregates!!
Every year, winter coats, gloves, hats and more decorate our warming trees at our Monon/Francesville plants. Started by our very own plant clerk Kim Payne nearly a decade ago, we partner with fellow members of our local communities such as churches, schools and service organizations to help keep families safe and warm during the cold winter months. Thank you to each individual that was able to donate! Here are just a few of the incredible businesses that generously donated to supply our community with winter clothing. August marked a significant milestone for us—we gave out over 103,800 pounds of food in just one month! This is the first time we've surpassed 100,000 pounds in a single month, serving a record 1,822 families—equating to 5,610 people! To put that in perspective, in August 2023, we provided just shy of 75,000 pounds of food to 1,207 families—reaching 3,929 people. The growth we are experiencing is truly humbling. As we transition from our "slower season," with an already 44% growth rate compared to last year, into the busy months from September to December, we anticipate serving even more people in our programs. And we can serve these ever-increasing numbers with the support of our community! Thank you for your contributions of time, food, and funds; we couldn't serve our neighbors in need without you! #DonateFood #FoodDrive #FeedCentralOregon #EndHunger #FightHunger #CommunitySupport #CentralOregonGives #LocalFoodPantry #GiveBack #HelpYourNeighbors #CentralOregonCares #SupportLocalCharities #FoodForAll #GiveLocal #NeighborsHelpingNeighbors #VolunteerCentralOregon #GiveYourTime #MakeADifference #VolunteerLocally #BeTheChange #HelpYourCommunity

It’s allways a pleasure to see companies like Niowave, led by dynamic technology innovators, investing in communities that really need it like Lansing. Reindustrializing and revitalizing in a sustainable way, especially with world class technologies and high paying jobs, is critical if we want to continue to see the revitalization of middle America. Bravo and all the best wishes on your continued success and for all your doing for the local community as you develop products and materials that are literally saving lives. If you don’t follow Niowave, maybe have a look and follow their journey to full scale production of medical isotopes and other innovative technologies, right in the heartland of middle America.
The team at Niowave is proud to support our community by donating annually to the Greater Lansing Food Bank! Together, we can make a difference in the fight against food insecurity. #CommunitySupport #GreaterLansingFoodBank

In our 2023 Annual Report, we take a look at trends at FISH over the past few years, particularly comparing pre-pandemic numbers to today. What we are seeing is continued growth in need, as the high cost of living paired with fewer support resources adds more and more strain for families. One area in which we have seen considerable increases is the pounds of food we distribute each year. In 2023, FISH distributed 1,560,603 pounds of food, more than any other year in our history as an organization. Our marketplace could not run without the generous support of our community. We source food from four main sources: donations from our Broomfield grocery stores and restaurant partners, Community Food Share, in-kind donations from our neighbors (which includes food drives!), and purchased food made possible by our incredible donors and by grant funding. All of these support networks allow us to stock a variety of food and personal care items for our families so they can shop for what their families need.
