This #TrainingTuesday, our Center would like to share feedback from a participant who took our "Domestic Violence Policy and Best Practices" training. "I really appreciated the review of the policy surrounding DV. While I thought I knew the policy, there were some things that were new to me. It will definitely improve my practice." - Training Participant To learn more or sign up for this training, click the link: https://lnkd.in/e23fZ2an

Today I was elated to speak at the Tennessee Organization of School Superintendents (TOSS) Legislation & Learning conference! We dissected both the Uvalde DOJ report and the Oxford HS report from Guidepost. The 25 lives lost between these two school shootings will never be forgotten, and the lessons learned from these attacks must propel districts forward in improving their safety practices. If you are in the school safety field, have you reviewed these findings? If not, I challenge you to start- knowledge is power! #schoolsafety #threatassessment #k12schools
