What a genuine and unscripted message Jorge Mendes. I am going to go out and get a Cell C sim to see if I can find a package that competes with the MTN superflex packages that I have the family on at the moment. I have a soft spot for Cell C so hoping to find one😉.

Jorge Mendes, as a cell customer for the past decade I disagree that customers are at the center of what you are doing in your company The customer experience with cell c is terrible and I wonder what customer service executive Salvador Francis is doing about this issue Focusing on the brand will not help if terrible customer experience is not addressed Right now, I can't get assisted with a sim swap over the phone and I'm told to go to the cell c store, but there is no cell c store in my area Who should be looking after customers in that area if there is no physical store and customer service can't assist over the phone You really need to focus on customer experience by actually resolving pinpoint affecting customers. Don't just say you are customer centric because you are clearly not.
