Planning Christmas activities for both staff and the community can take a lot of work alongside day to day business tasks. We started planning a month ago! How do you juggle finding time to prepare for Christmas and ensuring day to day business continues as normal? and the big question is, is it ever too early to start? 🎄 As a big Christmas fan, my answer is no, it’s never too early! But between Christmas social media content, client messages, staff Christmas parties, community/charity support and more… time can escape you very quickly! We like to make sure we have a team involved, rather than it being one person’s responsibility so we can achieve more in a shorter space of time and it remains manageable! A day or so in London, this time for the Events industry, Cross Association, DEI Working Group. People in the events world never cease to amaze me. How they can be unfazed by challenges, and deal with them with a confident smile and a plan almost as if the unexpected is expected. The fact that that it was also the first day for Catherine Beck as Chair of a large industry cross networking group when the main speaker is suddenly unable to attend, demonstrates not only her resourcefulness, but also that in their world there is no translation for the word crisis! There was so much to glean from the meeting. This is an industry going through change and it means doing something we focus on a lot in Mindsmith Thinking, changing perspective. It was great to hear how companies were improving, staffing to address the effects of the long hours culture,the way age and experience are viewed, and continuing to push the boundaries with flexible working and paternity leave. All necessary steps in an industry that has to be creatively focused on outcomes, but having a growing realisation that people organisations are having to become equally creative with the talent that produces them. The Chair concluded with the clarion call for "less talk, more action". This is a group where things will happen, in an industry in need of the ideas and support. A really productive meeting hosted at the New Scientist Building and thanks to the AEO Association of Event Organisers and ESSA team for making the arrangements.

We aimed for a message that was clear and direct because we wanted to maintain the clarity and transparency that has characterized HT-Cooling since its foundation, just two years ago. My predecessor did an excellent job in this regard, which I fully support. We are simply communicating what is happening, without filters. If telling the truth is disruptive, then we undoubtedly are. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐇𝐓-𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠’𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲? Anyone familiar with the cooling market knows the Galletti Group, whose long history speaks for itself. With Galletti we share the approach to the market so, despite having different objectives, we immediately found ourselves aligned on the guidelines. Obviously, for a company of HT-Cooling’s size, being able to count on the support of a company of this type is certainly a benefit and I would say that rather than increasing, it enriches the value of our positioning on the market. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞? Joining the group does not change the quality and content of our value proposition. In fact, it enhances them. We will continue to emphasize the importance of dialogue and listening, which, combined with the experience and know-how of our technical and sales staff, have proven to be winning arguments in the market.
