We are beyond proud to extend a well-deserved congratulations to both Albert (Al) Bagdonas and James Powers as our first two Eagle Award recipients. Al Bagdonas is a Retail Sales Associate at our New York Flagship store. Al goes out of his way to make people feel comfortable in our store and is well-known for giving "the tour" to any first timers. Going above and beyond, Al has printed translations in over 10 different languages about Filson and its history, ensuring all customers are well informed. Beyond his extreme wealth of Filson knowledge, he eagerly offers recommendations on where to eat, places to visit, and trails to hike. When you're in New York and want the total Filson experience, make sure to ask for Al! James Powers presently resides as the Retail Store Manager at our Vancouver location. Throughout the years, James has done so much for Filson both nationally and internationally, working in a variety of roles and locations. He has always done what’s needed and more. An exemplar leader and a passionate brand ambassador, James is an inspiration to many of us at Filson. His input and support are always regarded with great appreciation.
